Widgets are very small free-standing applications that reside on your computer, most people keep them on their desktop as a quick reference. With widgets, you can learn about the current weather conditions, keep track of your stocks, keep current with your calendar/datebook or watch the ups and downs of your favorite sports team.... the uses are endless.

Currently there are two types of Widgets, ones that work on Apple's Dashboard for OSX 10.4 Tiger and those that work via Yahoo's Widget Engine which work on both Windows computers and Macintosh computers, we make both Yahoo and Dashboard widgets.
