What kind of food can I bring on a train?!

Question:

What kind of food can I bring on a train?

Obviously I can't cook anything in a train, but I'm going to be spending a few days on a train and need meal ideas. I already have bagels, and sandwiches.

Answers:

Bring a couple apples of other peices of fruit. Also, conveinent snacks like pretzels, chips, pre-made mixes such as chex and other trail mixes, or make your own and bag it. Popcorn is always good, and you can bring things to microwave on the train like frozen entrees or as previously stated, those micorwaveable soup cups and chilis. Another option would be some cut up veggies or a salad in a tuperware container will a small pack of dip which they sell at stores. Even things like pop-tarts, fruit roll ups, fruit gummy snacks, cookies, and crackers are good because they are conveinent.

Hope that helps!
