Buffalo Chicken Dip?!

Question:

Buffalo Chicken Dip?

I had buffalo chicken dip the other night, it was fantastic!! I need a recipe!!

THANK YOU!!

Answers:

Ok -- I am begging you not to use chicken in a can. Teressa Bellissimo (Anchor Bar in Buffalo) would leave her grave to smack you. A single rotisserie chicken can be had for the price of two cans.

Also -- the original Buffalo wings use blue cheese not ranch. So blue would be most original. Finally, Frank's is the only hot sauce used in the anchor bar recipe. It has a nice vinegar bite, and is not so hot as say Tabasco.

.1rotisserie chicken, meat picked and chopped, discard skin
1 bottle blue cheese dressing
1 package cream cheese
1 small bottle Frank's hot sauce
shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 425°F.

In an oven safe dish, spread cream cheese along the bottom.

Shred chicken into a separate bowl. Toss to coat with blue cheese sauce and some of the Frank's hot sauce (depending on how hot you'd like it).

Spread chicken mixture over the top and sprinkle with a little bit of the cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) don't use too much, it will make it hard for dipping.

Bake for 20 minutes or until cheeses becomes bubbly.
Serve with Triscuits or Ritz crackers and also celery sticks for authenticity.
