Any suggestions/tricks on how to cook an omelet w/o ripping it in the pan when I try to fold it?

ok this is going to sound silly, but this is how I cook omeletts.
put all the ingredients and scrambeled eggs in a plastic baggie. (the larger freezer size ones work best).
Seal it completely closed and drop it into a pot of boiling water. About 15 minutes later, the omelette is cooked, it slides right out of the bag onto your plate, and looks like it came out of a restaraunt ;)
