What kind of sushi is the easiest and tastiest to make?!

Question:

What kind of sushi is the easiest and tastiest to make?

If you guys could give me a recipe also of the kind of sushi.

Answers:

Cucumber (kappa) maki, pickled raddish (daikon) maki, and pickled burdock root (gobo) maki.

All three are a kind of cut-and-make sushi so there's no particular skill involved. The Toughest part is finding the ingredients, but if you have a market that carries the nori (seaweed sheets) then they probably carry the seedless cucumber, pickled daikon and the gobo there, too.

Slightly harder is inari sushi, but that's only because you have to fight with the little wrappers. You get them in a tin and just slip some rice into them.
