Recipes w/ Grape juice?
I have an abundance of canned Welches Grape Juice, anyone have any clever, tastey suggestions?
Please only recommend thing you have tried yourself.

Grape Jelly
5 cups grape juice
6 cups white sugar
1 package powdered fruit pectin
Sterilize and dry jars for jelly, and set side. I like to use my dishwasher. New lids are recommended for best results.
Combine grape juice, sugar and pectin in a large pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, and stir ten minutes at a rolling boil. Remove from heat.
Ladle the hot jelly into the jars, leaving 1/2 inch of space at the top. Wipe rims of jars with a clean dry cloth. Cover with a lid and ring to seal. Process the jelly in a hot water bath for 10 minutes, or turn the jars upside down for 10 minutes. Once you either take the jars out of the water or turn them right side up, they will start to cool and you will hear a "pop" sound - that is the jars being sealed correctly. If any of the jars do not pop, refrigerate and use right away. Store the sealed jars in a pantry or somewhere where they don't get extremely hot, or give them away as gifts!
