pepper plant is the best sauce ever. it's good on everything. it's from gilroy, the garlic capital of the world. (near my hometown) i prefer the original, but they make a habenero. i can't describe it, but the flavor is amazing. when i lived on the east coast, i had to special order it, and it was worth every cent. my husband even took bottles with him when he deployed to afghanistan and iraq. someone actually stole a bottle from him. here's a link:
