Cooking help please?
I made Moroccan Chicken last night which was blow you mouth out spicy. What can I reduce to make it less hot. This is what went in:-
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground tumeric
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground corriander
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
Any help appreciated!!!

The thing with this particular recipe is that you get all the dry spices together in bag and put the chicken into it and shake it up so they are covered in it and then you put them in a pan.

i think mayb u just find things to b really spicy easily. i mean there is only 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper. mayb i need to c more of the recipe n c how it is prepared but idk
