What can I cook with what's in my cupboards and fridge?!

Question:

What can I cook with what's in my cupboards and fridge?

Right, well I have:
Cheese
Milk
Corn on the cob
Sausages
Leftover beef stew
Homemade coleslaw
Frozen broccoli, peas, carrots, chips
Cooked chicken breasts
Cooked turkey steaks
Leeks
Potatoes
Cabbage
Baked beans
Tinned spaghetti
Steak and kidney pie
Chopped tinned tomatoes
Brown rice
Tinned baby cobs
Tomato soup
Wafter thin cooked chicken
Olive spread
Cornflour
Self raising flour
Icing caster and ordinary sugar
Yeast.

WHAT CAN I COOK??

I'm all out of ideas for tasty, healthy, but simple meals for my partner and I. We both have bowel disorders, so simplicity is quite important, as is no spices whatsoever, including black pepper.

So, go! Any ideas, throw em at me :)

Answers:

how about a little stir fry with the veggies and one of the meats and serve that over the brown rice? And the baby corn on the cob goes great in a stir fry.
