Stir-fry: Bag of frozen stir-fry vegetables. How do I turn that into a good stir-fry meal?

I'm going to serve it with rice.

I also have:
-soy sauce
-rice wine vinegar
-sesame oil

I have frozen cooked chicken I guess I could use too.

Hi Paul !
You have everything you need for a delicious and easy chicken stir-fry.
Season your chicken with salt( just a little), pepper, onion and garlic powder. Cut into thin strips and set aside. If you seasoned it prior to cooking, just add some garlic powder.
Thaw frozen veggies and set aside.
In fry pan or wok, add sesame oil and heat to med-high.
Add veggies and stir to desired doneness( I prefer a little crunch left in them).
Add chicken and cook another few minutes.
Push all to the side of pan, add soy and a tad of vinegar, about 1/2 cup chicken broth or water and 1 T. cornstarch or flour. Cook the "gravy" for about 5mins then blend in rest.
Check seasoning then serve over rice.
Enjoy!
