First let me say ...how nice it is that you want to COOK...it's a great gift to cook for yourself or for your friends...and the more you experiment with food tasting and smelling the wonderful aromas of different veggies and spices....you will get hooked on Cooking! Here are some ideas about cooking chicken wraps...
Sit with a pencil and paper and think what ethnic food do I love the most?
Italian, Mexican...Asian....???? or other types
Then figure out what spices go with each group

Italians use:
oregano
basil
garlic
rosemary
Lemon
red wine vinegar
olive oil
Provalone and Mozzerella cheese

Mexicans use:
Cumin
Oregano
Limes
jalapeno peppers
Fresco crumbling cheese and cheddar
sliced fresh oranges

Asians use:
fresh herbs like Mint , fresh basil...cilantro
fresh mung bean sprouts
shredded carrots
chopped shallots...have a flavor between garlic and onion
Limes
Mango fruit

If you buy 1 whole chicken and boil it...you will have enough chicken to freeze and take out as you need it....for many uses...All you have to do is wash it inside and out remove the small parts inside the chicken....place in a large pot along with celery, onion, parsley , a couple tablespoons salt and 1 teaspoon pepper....bring to a boil then turn down and simmer until done about 45 minutes...you can tell if a fork pierces the thickest part of the chicken and it comes out very easily....
Let cool down in the broth ..then remove and let cool off on a dinner plate or cookie sheet....when it's cool enough to handle...then remove the skin and bones...and keep all the meat..divide into portions..place meat in plastic containers.

According to the spices mentioned above for Italian, Mexican or Asian....decide which one you want to make...and you can place those herbs and spices in some creamed cheese spread the cheese on the tortilla...after you do that place a good sized portion of chicken..then the veggies...and roll up or eat "open face"....along with a serving of fruit..

Good luck to you...

ps....you can also forget the boiling of chicken and saute some chicken in a frying pan that you coated with olive oil...then sprinkle lightly the spices on the chicken...or just salt and pepper....then add the chicken to the rest of the ingredients...be creative...

I noticed you have soy sauce and BBQ sauce....use the soy with the Asian chicken dish...and use the BBQ on the chicken that has just lettuce on the tortilla...and maybe some shredded american cheese..

Bye again
