I am making the following dish tomorrow night - Spaghetti Squash with Pumpkin Seed Pesto --

YUMM!!! I had spag squash for supper last night in lieu of pasta in Chicken parm and it was killer! A side dish? Maybe some kind of crusty bread but if you're not doing the bread thing maybe a nice tossed salad! Sounds great!
