QUICK LOW-FAT SMOOTHIE

1 banana
2 8 oz cups of low-fat strawberry yogurt (or your favorite flavor)
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of shredded ice

Blend all ingredients in a blender.


LOW FAT CHEESY VEGETABLE SOUP

2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower florets
4 cups cubed potatoes
1 cup diced carrots
1/2 onion diced
4 Cans fat free chicken broth
1 jar Low Fat Cheese Whiz
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatoes, onions and carrots in chicken broth until almost fork tender. If needed, add enough water to cover vegetables. Add cauliflower and broccoli. Cook until all veggies are tender. Puree 1 cup of potatoes to thicken and add back to soup. Add jar of Cheese Whiz. Stir until blended.


LOW FAT CHICKEN QUESADILLA
corn tortillas
1 cup of low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of boneless skinless shredded chicken breast

Place two corn tortillas on a serving dish. Spread 1 cup of shredded low-fat cheddar cheese over one of the corn tortillas. Then add 1 cup of boneless skinless shredded chicken breast to the cheese and corn tortilla.
Place the second corn tortilla on top of what you have so far. Put the quesadilla into the microwave for 30-45 seconds or until all cheese is melted.

Now you have a delicious low-fat chicken quesadilla! Yum! Feeds one.

Add salsa for a truly mexican dish!


LOW-FAT SPAGHETTI AND FRENCH BREAD

1 lb. ground turkey
1 sm. onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. oregano
Hunts Light spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. spaghetti

BREAD:

Low-fat French
Molly McButter
Garlic salt

Cook turkey with a little water until well done. Pour into a colander and drain. Run hot water over meat until all fat is washed from meat. Put meat in pan and add onion and garlic. Add spaghetti sauce and oregano. Cook for about 20-25 minutes on low. Cook spaghetti without adding oil to water until tender.
BREAD: Sprinkle with Molly McButter and garlic salt and bake on cookie sheet about 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees.
