How can I make beef and chicken shish kabob?!

Question:

How can I make beef and chicken shish kabob?

1. I have sirlion and chicken. I want to alternate the chicken and sirlion on the skewer, is this possible? If so, how long should I grill the chicken and sirlion skewer?

2. Can I grill the skewer on a gas grill? If so, at what temperature and how long?

I just need to know the ways that I can cook the skewer. Oh yeah, as the veggies on the skewer, I will have green, red, and yellow bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes.

Answers:

I would put them on seperate skewers because sirloin will be overcooked by the time the chicken is done, and boiling takes away flavour. Just have chicken kabobs and steak kabobs.

Stick on the greased grill on medium-high and grill it until done. Cooking is not a science, you need to figure it out by checking it once in a while. Keep track of time and when it's done you'll know for next time how long it takes. Plus it depends how you like the steak.
