What is a good filling breakfast ?
Please don't give me answers like Sausage and Griddle Cakes and Bacon I don't want any Beef or Pork in my breakfast

Personally, Tuesdays for me is cereal. And not the sweet, sugary kind.
Try one with oats or high wheat content. Fruits with the cereal (freshly-cut or already comes pre-dried Or even in the already IN the cereal, is okay). They take a longer time to digest, making you feel fuller for longer. If I take breakfast at 10 a.m., for example, I'd probably start feeling hungry about 1 p.m. - 2p.m.? Sometimes even longer, if I had a BIG bowl for breakfast. MY personal fave is granola, either with almonds, raisins or bananas, flavoured with honey or cinnamon.
And if you're fat-conscious, skim milk is an option. Or if you prefer, combine normal milk with skim milk, so that there's still the taste of full cream milk, without the guilt of too much fat in your milk. Hah.
A serving of fruits on the side is good too. Keeps those bowels moving!
*If you're in a hurry, or late, blend several fruits together (added milk optional) to make a breakfast shake! Health, on the go. :)
