Answers:

5 quart ice cream freezer

6 eggs - beat until yellow
Add
2 c. sugar - beat until thick and creamy
1 t. vanilla or to taste

Now add:
3 c. chopped peacher or
2 c. crushed pineapple in syrup (drain first or reduce sugar)
3 c. crushed strawberries
About 2-3 c. of any crushed fresh fruit can be used
Leave plain and add another teaspoon of vanilla
Add chocolate syrup to taste
Use your imagination

Pour into can, and stir in 1 - 8 oz container of whipping cream and then whole milk to fill line or you can add 1 quart of half and half and fill to line. Place lid on can and place in freezer. Attach motor to the freezer making sure that it is fastened securely. Plug in freezer. Now add 1 -2 " of ice around can. Sprinkle in 1/4 c. coarse salt (rock salt works best). Repeat layering until ice reaches top. Finish with salt. Allow the freezer to turn until the motor stops. The ice cream will be a soft freeze. You can eat it this way, but it will quickly melt or you can put the ice cream in another container and put in regular freezer and allow to freeze solid (called hardening). You can also allow the ice cream can to sit in the salty ice water in the ice cream freezer for a little while (I don't do this for more than an hour) to allow it to set up more.

This makes a creamy ice cream. The more you beat the egg/sugar the more creamy it will be. If you want more ice milk, you can make it without the cream or half and half and just use whole milk.
