What are the different way to cook a steak?!

Question:

What are the different way to cook a steak?

Answers:

Ok i am really picky about how my meat is cooked and this is the only way I eat steak!!!! I cook it in a gravy for three hours and its comes out so tender you can pull it apart with your fingers or cut it with a spoon.

First Get some Tony Cacheres creole seasoning from the grocery. it comes in a green can!! Take a deep pot and put a little oil to coat the bottom. then Brown the steaks on both sides and sprinkle the seasoning on it. Put the steaks to the side. Next adda little more oil and your onion and garlic and celery and bell peppers if you want to and add lots of it!!!!! sautee the seasoning mix in the oil for about ten minutes then add some flour. Stir the mixture until you make a roux. the roux is done when it has a creamy consistancy with a dark caramel color!!!

Now you may add water to fill half of the pot and mix it well, so it won't be lumpy!! Turn the heat to high so it will come to a rapid boil. When the pot is boiling add the staeks to the gravy mixture and turn heat to low. Keep the burner on low and let it cook for three hours or so. Stir occassionally and check for flavor you may want to add additional salt and pepper to the gravy. The gravy will get darker and thicker as it cooks. Steam some rice or boil some egg noodles for a side dish and top them with the gravy too. It seems like a lot of work, but it really isn't. All teh work is in the first part because you will have three hours free to do other stuff cause you don't have to stand over it the whole time!!!! that's the nice part!!! enjoy!!
