Can I make a beef stew with london broil red meat?!

Question:

Can I make a beef stew with london broil red meat?

Can I?

Answers:

I don't see why not. Stew meat is usually taken from the tougher cuts of beef, pork, or lamb because the stewing process tenderizes the meat. The London Broil is probably less tough to begin with, so should have a good texture in the stew.
