I heard somewhere that salsa is good for veggies - what do you think? I also heard that yogurt is good for veggies - isn't yogurt good for fruits only? I dunno. Any ideas are great - I'm trying to change things up a bit.

But would salsa stick to baby carrots and snow peas?

Answers:

Salsa! Salsa makes a great dip for fresh veggies. It is also very low calorie and totally non-fat! So not only is it a quick, easy, tasty, fresh veggie dip it is super healthy as well!

You could also try hummus. You can buy it pre-made at most deli's and grocery stores. My favorite is the roasted garlic and red pepper one from Trader Joe's. Good luck and happy dipping!
