What recipes are there for desserts in a tin can over a campfire?!?

Having a family reunion and would like everyone be able to cook their own dessert over the campfire in a tin can. Like cobbler or something. Any ideas?!

Super simple and super scrumptious ...
Pineapple upside-down cake ...
You'll need:
A. washed empty tuna cans for each person.
B. Foil
C. Tooth picks (to test for 'done-ness')
D. Box of cake mix (prepared as instructed on the box**)
**if you're going to be 'in the wild' consider using 'just add water' mixes so you won't need to bring perishables like milk & eggs.
E. Canned pineapple rings
F. Bottle of Maraschino cherries (optional)
G. Brown sugar

1. Sprinkle a little brown sugar in bottom of tuna can.
2. Drop in a pine apple ring and place a cherry in the hole.
3. Pour prepared cake batter over pine apple
*** not more than 3/4 full ***
4. cover carefully with foil and lay in coals.
NOTE ... cooking time depends on the heat of your coals ...
check cake by piercing with a wood toothpick. When toothpick comes out dry, cake should be done
