Do I remove the netting from my pot roast before cooking it?!

Question:

Do I remove the netting from my pot roast before cooking it?

Answers:

No. The netting help keep it in a shape that allows it to cook uniformly so you don't end up with over done spots and undercooked spots in the meat. Let the meat rest in the netting and then pull it away (with tongs) by clipping it with some scissors.
