I like to make "eggs in a basket." I use sliced French bread (it's thick and crusty) and make a hole in the center. Then I use a light oil and begin to fry it up on one side. While it is cooking on that side drop in an egg. Flip it over when it's lightly toasted and cook for a few seconds on the other side. Voila! Serve with lots of greasy bacon and/or sausages. Not healthy, but delicious!
