When making cookie dough bites, do you refrigerate the cookie dough or freeze it?!

Question:

When making cookie dough bites, do you refrigerate the cookie dough or freeze it?

Answers:

It's mostly whatever you prefer. If you only refrigerate them, they will soften faster. Frozen will stay harder longer, and the cold does not detract from the flavor at all.
