Easy meals to freeze then reheat?!

Question:

Easy meals to freeze then reheat?

I am going out of town for a few days and was wondering if anyone had some easy meal ideas I can cook now and he can reheat in the microwave.

Answers:

You could make a meat loaf, then slice it into single size servings and freeze individually in zip lock baggies. Another idea would be too take a large ham or turkey and put single serving into a baggie and freeze. My husband and I do that a lot. You can fix whatever veggies you want to go on the side to make a complete meal and place single servings into a separate baggie in the freezer. You can freeze most anything. Just think about how long items will take to defrost and reheat. You couldn't do a hamburger because the bread would get hot faster than the meat Pattie, but you could do the bun and the Pattie separately.
