Can anyone give me some good main dish and dessert recipes enjoyed by the Aussies? Thanks.?

I am from Texas and just like to try new dishes. Thanks to anyone who has time to answer.


Answers:

Lamb chops on the BBQ. Prawns and scallops on the BBQ are nice too. If you are going to have sausages please make sure you use gourmet sausages. That way you are getting REAL meat and not a bunch of cereal fillers and processed meat. Pavlova with heaps of fresh fruit on top is a traditional Aussie dessert.
