Help! Dinner Recipes?!

Question:

Help! Dinner Recipes?

Help. I am 15 and want to make a main course dinner tonight. What are some easy and semi-fast recipes that taste really good but don't contain a ton of ingredients that I probably don't have.

Answers:

chicken and rice are normally something that everyone has in the house. Fry up the chicken on high for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Season it with anything you have in the cabinet that you think would taste good together (garlic, seasoning salt, black pepper and a pinch of salt is what i normally use). Cook about 2 cups of rice (white or organic) in 6 cups of water. Bring the water to a boil, add some oil to the water so that the rice doesn't stick, then add the rice.

Normally everyone has some sort of cream of whatever in the pantry so before you do all this, look in yours and see what you have. Cream of broccoli, chicken, bacon, celery.... anything you have, pick one. Put in a small saucer, add a quater cup of flour (stir to combine), and bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally.

Add everything once cooked into a cassarole dish or onto a serving dish.

This really isn't hard... I am 22 now with a baby and a husband. I have been amking this dish since I was your age.

Enjoy and have fun!

good luck!
