Does anyone know how to make a perfect omlet ?
i cannot make a omlet it always get burnt... how much butter do you need .. i mean i end up'd getting scrabbled eggs . sheez someone give me some help .!!

this is an easy one!
i usually use less than a 1/4 inch thick slice of butter.
the trick is to cook them longer at a much lower temperature.
when the egg goo seems pretty firm on the top flip it over and cook the other side. the less you flip it the less likely you are to have them fall apart.
