What can I make with thinly sliced chicken breast?!

Question:

What can I make with thinly sliced chicken breast?

I'm 15 and a sorta disaster in the kitchen. However, since my moms left for Barbados and won't be back till next week and my StepD has been a hot mess because of it(the horrors of love *signs*) I wanna try to make something so I won't have to suffer through take out.

I also have a lot of other things like ground beef meat balls and sausages etc. So other recipes are welcome.

However I just took the chicken out to defrost.

I have no loaf of bread.

Answers:

You can make a faux cordon blue. Salt and pepper both sides of the chicken. Roll up a slice of any kind of cheese and a slice of luncheon meat inside the chicken and secure with a tootpick. You can either bread it with crumbs or flour over an egg wash or not. Fry it on moderate heat in olive oil until golden brown. YUMO
