I'm going to make lasagna and I usually use cottage cheese. Does using ricotta make a difference?!

I'm going to make lasagna and I usually use cottage cheese. Does using ricotta make a difference?


Answers:

Ive use cottage cheese myself.It tastes fine but you are supposed to use ricotta to have a more italian flavor.if you are pinched for funds cottage cheese is a fine short cut.. Just dont use it if youre trying to impress company.
