This is easy and delicious...Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in quarters, baked in a caserole dish with a blend of cream of chicken soup (canned), slivers of dried beef, ham or cooked bacon pieces, 1/2 c. sour cream, pinch of garlic powder, 1 tbsp. worchester sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Depending on the brand of soup, you may need to add a little milk or cream. Bake @ 350, covered, 45 mins to 1 hour, until chicken is done. Remove cover and allow to brown slightly on top, about 10 mins. Buttered crumbs can be added at this point. Delicious, and no cheese, mushrooms or nuts! Enjoy.
