I've just made some Samosas, what could we have with them for dinner?!

Question:

I've just made some Samosas, what could we have with them for dinner?

I made a cheats version of them with filo pastry and filled them with corned beef and cabbage. There's only 2 each, so I thought of serving them with chips, but we're out all day tomorrow and will probably buy chips for lunch, so I don't really want to do chips today aswell. Any suggestions please?

Indian Potatoes With Peas

1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 cup finely chopped onions (red or yellow)
2 medium tomatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
3 medium red potatoes, peeled, cooked and cut into 2 inch squares
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup water
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon of spicy garam masala

1. Heat oil in saucepan over medium-high heat. Add cumin seed and sizzle for 15-30 seconds.
2. Add onion and stir fry for 1-2 minutes till golden brown.
3. Stir in tomatoes, salt, ground pepper and turmeric, stir fry for 1-2 minutes till tomatoes are tender.
4. Stir in remaining ingredients, except the Garam Masaala, boil, then reduce to medium-low. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Uncover and cook for 5 minutes until sauce is thick.
5. Add Garam Masaala.
