How long will it take to cook 1 slab of baby back ribs at 300?!

Question:

How long will it take to cook 1 slab of baby back ribs at 300?

I put them on a rack inside a metal baking dish. I put a dry rub on them and poured about 1/2 of a beer in the bottom of the pan and covered the pan tightly with foil. They are in at 300 for 2 hours. How will they turn out. If I want to put on bbq sauce, how should I do it in the OVEN, not grill. I am aiming for "fall off the bone".

Answers:

you are on the right track...I usually do mine at 250 for 4 hours or so, then move them to the grill to smoke them up and sauce them...in the oven however, once the ribs are done remove them from the pan, let drain, apply sauce to both sides and BROIL for about 3 minutes a side...enjoy!!
