What are the differences among these chocolate cakes?!

Question:

What are the differences among these chocolate cakes?

regular chocolate cake, chocolate torte, chocolate souffle, and molten chocolate..i'm craving something rich, chocolatey, and simple to make..

Answers:

A torte is generally denser than a cake and is usually layered with jam or fruit, although not always. A souffle is a very light pudding that rises in the oven-sort of like a very fluffy omelet. Good but tricky to make and must be eaten right away. Molten chocolate cakes have liquid centers, sort of like hot fudge sauce. Really good and not hard. For a really easy option look in an old fashioned cookbook like Joy of Cooking or Fanny Farmer for a chocolate pudding cake. You get a good cake floating on a bed of warm chocolate sauce all in one pan.
