Which would work best as london broil marinade?
I have two fat free salad dressings that I can use as a london broil marinade. One is wasabi dijon and the other is a balsamic vinagrette. Which would work better?

And I am guessing that the key ingredient to marinade is the vinegar... and both have it listed as first ingredient

With the two you have offered, here's what I suggest:
Go with the balsamic. If you need to add flavor after cooking, you can use the wasabi-dijon for dipping. OR....
Cut your London broil in half, marinating one half in the wasabi-dijon and the other in the balsamic. This sounds better than marinating a whole broil in just one of the choices.
