How do you make fresh, homemade pasta sauce??

i dont want any weird sh!it in it like mushrooms, i basically want a slightly plain sauce for my pasta cause im sick of using the crap from the jar!

Answers:

Olive oil, a few cloves chopped garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and fresh basil along with one 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes. Heat a skillet with the olive oil and add in your chopped garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 30 seconds. Now add in your can of tomatoes and other seasonings. You can also add in a can of diced tomatoes if you want it chunky. Simmer on low to medium low for 30 minutes. You may need to add a few teaspoons of sugar if the tomatoes are too acidic. This is a really good sauce recipe.
