What kind of Bundt cake would you make that has nectarines in the middle?!

Question:

What kind of Bundt cake would you make that has nectarines in the middle?

Answers:

I would cook the nectarines partly, a bit of sugar and butter not to much just enough to soften them up, let them cool while making the cake mix, I prefer a yellow cake, at least that is the kind in I would use here in Canada.

If you want to use a pudding in it that is your choice, but to make a denser cake just use the whole eggs, and istead of oil use some melted butter or maragarine.

Then fill the pan half full add your nectarines, then the rest of the batter, just cook it at 350 F, as not to spring your filling out, they will sink a bit so doing it half way is best.
