How long does potato salad last in fridge?!

How long does potato salad last in fridge?

I made it Tuesday nite,and put directly in fridge.Is it good today?I know in delis they last a long time.I never use eggs in mine...thanks for input.


Answers:

General rule of thumb is 5 days. That is the number of days a deli is allowed to hold the food before they have to dispose of it.
