What side dish would be best for meatball subs?!

Question:

What side dish would be best for meatball subs?

I need to find another side dish for meatball subs for tomorrow's dinner. Right now I just have a side salad, but I wanted something else. Any thoughts or ideas? This is for tomorrow, so I need some quick thoughts. If it is something I need to make, please attach a recipe. Thanks!

Here is a recipe for Stuffed Italian Peppers. You can also use Bell Peppers -- a variety of colors looks great!

Stuffed Italian Peppers Recipe by "Food:The Way To Anyone's Heart"
8 servings
40 min 10 min prep
8 italian frying bell peppers
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 cup black olives, chopped
2 cups breadcrumbs
olive oil

Clean and seed peppers; mix all ingredients with enough olive oil to just nicely moisten.
Stuff peppers with mixture.
Coat baking dish with a little olive oil and place stuffed peppers in pan.
Bake at 400 deg. for about 30 minute or until peppers are soft.
NOTE: May add small amount of spaghetti sauce over peppers if desired.
