Making boneless chicken in the oven...?
How long should I cook it for and what temperature? I've never made it before, so help would be appreciated! Thanks! :)

I put it in at 400 and then drop it to 325 right after putting it in (helps seal it that way) - about 25 minutes per pound (by the piece) - to about 160 internal temp
