Help.......my cream of broccoli soup is clumpy?
I stir and stir and they won't work out. Now what???

It's clumpy because of the flour.

Next time shake your flour with some cold water in a jar before stirring it into the soup or make your roux in a separate pan while the other stock is heating and add it before serving. A hand blender does a good trick while the soup is in the pot, better than a hand mixer or whisk. You can also press the lumps against the sides of the pan with you stirring spoon, breaking them and allowing them to dissolve.
