I don't have a bundt pan...?!

Question:

I don't have a bundt pan...?

I have a recipe for an apricot cake, it has a glaze poured over it after baking. I do not have a bundt pan. The recipe is just a regualr cake mix, but afterwards it has an apricot nector glaze. It says to bake one bundt pan and then pour the glaze. Can I use 2 round pans and the cake not fall apart from being to moist?

Answers:

Sure, you can use two round pans. Do what I do when I make cake w/o a bundt pan. I bake it in two round pans and then use a tall drinking glass to make a hole in the center. Then you can pour the glaze over it. LOL---it might not look as elegant as a bundt cake but hey- it tastes the same, right? Now, If you are having company oven then you might just want to go pick up a bundt pan.
