Question:

i can't eat milk products.

Answers:

use rice dream(vanilla...plain is quite...plain) or soy milk(similarly, get a flavor besides plain).

for things to put in it to make it yummier try...
-dried or fresh bananas, apricots, strawberries, black berries, cinamin, bit of butter(I use either cant believe its not butter or smart balence), crushed up pieces of turkey bacon that is extra crispy(add on top right before you eat your oatmeal), apples, sugar/splenda.

My favorite brand of oatmeal is something like Irish Oatmeal. Its different and not as blah as most other brands. be careful not to get the full/pearled oat because that takes an hr or so and is not the regular rolled oat.

If you are looking for something else healthy(AND EXTREMELY YUMMY) for breakfast try this with some butter/fruit/ and sugar free surup on top. oh and flaxseed keeps you full for hours and can be found in the baking section with the special flours, fyi.

2 pkts of splenda
cinnamon or nutmeg to taste

Mix all the ingredients in a small cup. Spray a pan with non-stick spray and pour half of the mixture in. It will immediately fluff up like a pancake, brown on one side and flip.
