Apple butter?!

Question:

Apple butter?

What is apple butter, and what do you eat it with?

What are some of the best "brands" or so to buy?
I'm not a big fan of too much cinnamon, so do you know where I can get some that is not too cinnamon-ey?

Know any good recipes or so with apple butter?

Answers:

Apple butter is actually a more concentrated version of applesauce. I have found that I like my apple butter on toast and sometimes instead of using miracle whip I will put a little apple butter on my turkey sandwiches. You can even use apple butter as substitute for recipes that call for applesauce such as cakes and breads. As far as brands go I think its a personal preference. I use mussleman's. Listed below is a recipe for applesauce bread, but I used apple butter instead of applesauce and it came out really good
