What should I look out for when buying flour in the supermarket? Expiry date? Colour? Fungi?
Answers:
flour stays good for quite a while as long as it is sealed. you most likeley have nothing to worry about but if you do open it and it looks off just take it back. at home keep it in a sealed container once opend it can get a type of worms in it over time.
