Favorite Grilled Meal, Veggie or ...?

Thank you!

Answers:

grilled shrimp.... marinaded in grillmates baja citrus marinade.. stuck on skewers or in kabob baskets.... goes great w/ zucchini and yellow squash marinaded in the same stuff....

mix bbq sauce w/ orange juice and marinade chicken in it

salmon is good w/ orange juice and soy sauce....

cut up onions, peppers and potatoes put them in tinfoil with a little butter and any seasonings you'd like, and cook until the potato slices are tender.. the time varies on how thick you cut the potatoes...

I had the most awesome thing ever last night.. a sirloin, pounded thin w/ a tenderizer and wrapped around feta cheese, baby spinach, and black olive slices... tied with a string and grilled in tinfoil

I also like taking corn w/ butter and cayenne pepper and wrap it in tinfoil... cook it til the corn is tender, and right before you take it off the grill, put it right over the flame and turn up the flame and sear it just to give a little color to all sides...

Or grilled cheese.. slice french bread.. or any specialty bread, add your fav cheese and ham.. grill on both sides...

Or for a twists on grilled cheese: put provolone, turkey, and ham on bread, with mustard it you like, grill it... then sprinkle it w/ powdered sugar.. and dip in raspberry jam.. sounds crazy.. but its sooooo good!!

I could go on all day... we LOVE grilling at my house! Tonight, we are grilling a roast on the grill.. we have a special rotissere attachment.. we just cover the roast in garlice salt and put it on the rotissere for 2 or 3 hours on lowheat... so stinking yummy!
