Cooking Chicken Breast?!

Question:

Cooking Chicken Breast?

How long should it take for a boneless chicken breast (cut into thin strips) with no skin to cook on either a grill or in a pan?
any good recipe ideas that are quick and easy?
thanks =]

Answers:

In a pan or on a grill using medium heat your cook time is about three minutes per side.Using your finger, carefully press down on the chicken when you think it looks done,(meaning it is lightly brown on both sides),it should feel stiffened up and no longer jiggly.Insert a sharp knife into the meat,the juice that comes out should be clear and not pink.
One of my favorite and easiest recipes for chicken strips...

1 lb. chicken strips
2 bottles Italian salad dressing (Asian dressing is good too)
(kraft makes an Italian pesto dressing that is grreat)
thin sliced Italian bread

Use one bottle of salad dressing to marinate the chicken strips in a ziplock bag or glass bowl for at least a half hour in the refrigerator.The longer you marinate the more flavor you get,so if you think ahead,you get better chicken.Grill them on skewers or pan fry them,use a piece of italian bread in your hand folded like a taco shell to put the chicken in.You can add any veggies you want to and serve with a drizzle of salad dressing.(great for barbeque parties)
