Pork Loin help!?
Ok, I have never bought or cooked pork loin. I know what kind of seasoning I want to use, but I am unsure which kind of loin to get if there are different kinds. Also I want to bake it in the oven. I need to know how long to bake it for, and I also need to know how to keep it moist and juicy. It will just be a dinner for 2 so nothing to fancy please just tips :) 10 POINTS BEST ANSWER! Thanks!

don't get the mositure added pork loin -- it takes longer to cook and comes out funky with traditional recipies -- i think its only for people that can't cook.
i usually brown the outside in a frying pan add liquid like white wine and chicken stock and cook that down and then stick the whole thing in the oven for about 45 minutes.
