Left over Roast Chicken?

I cooked a roast yesterday and still have half a chicken left. Anyone know how to warm it up without it drying out. Left over roast chicken always tastes so dry! Thanks

leftover roast chicken will be good if wrap and keep it in freezer. if u want to eat it as same as b4.. put it in microwave wrap with aluminium paper.

but i always use leftover roast chicken to make another meal

Chicken Chow Mein - serves 2

Preparation - 10 minutes, Cooking time - 15 minutes

6 oz egg noodles
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1/2 inch piece root ginger, chopped
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup snow peas, halved lengthwise
6 oz cooked chicken, shredded
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce

Cook the noodles in a large pan of boiling.
Meanwhile heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the onion over a high heat for 3 minutes until beginning to brown.
Add the garlic, ginger, bean sprouts, and snow peas and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Drain the noodles well and add to the wok with the chicken and soy sauce; for 2 minutes until piping hot.
Stir in the sweet chili sauce and serve immediately.
