Jello and meat salad?

I know I've seen it before and it was deliciously different. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

Definitely know what you are talking about - Most men totally love this food once they have tasted it, women too, but somehow it's a real 'guys' dish. The closest name to it in English letters is "studenetz" - in our family, we jokingly called it "pork jello". I'm Ukrainian, and my mom made this all the time. I like it, but don't love it, so I don't make it myself, however my sisters still do - and it's nice to have once in a while. We eat ours with a splash of vinegar, some people use a bit of ketchup.
My mom used pork feet and hocks, but hocks are still most commonly found in supermarkets. It's the gelatin from the meat cooking which makes the "jello" - just like the fruit kind!
