Ok here is my special one: put the chops in a pyrex and cover them with coke (regular, not diet) and freshly squeezed orange juice and then bake them. They will be very tasty and moisty and both coke and OJ combine toether perfectly well. You can cook them in a sauce pan too. These go fine together with some apple sauce and potato salad.
